I hope someone can help me please. I use Hotmail as my main email address. Lately I have only been able to access 1 page of emails when there should be many more pages. I have not deleted these emails . Is there anything I can do to retrieve the missing pages of emails?

Hi all, I have a problem with hotmail in that when I send a new email or forward an email, an advert goes with it if I don't delete it first. Is there any way I can remove the ad permanently. I want to stay on hotmail so changing is not on the list.

Mrs PXW has an old hotmail account that she no longer uses - but every now and then it sends out spam. She's been on the site to close the account down a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to go. Is there anything obvious she's doing wrong - or being microsoft are these just impossible to kill?
