2000 V6 petrol E240 - fault codes showing are P2064 and P2004.
I think the 2004 is 'intake manifold runner stuck open' and 2064 is 'reductant supply control circuit high'.

Hi Gents, my W124 E220 lost all power at 30mph and I was lucky enough to be near a lay-by.
God bless the RAC, they were there in 10 mins, the guy had a look, spun the engine with the oil cap off and said Oh Dear, your cam ain't turning.
Anyhow the guy towed me home and out came the socket set...
The linkages for some time on my year 2000 E220 cdi have been problamatic, ie loose ball joint fittings that operate the internal flaps that connect to the metal linkage, to the point that they keep falling out of their sockets.
Have seen a complete inlet manifold from a 55 reg C220 cdi on ebay...
Was poking under bonnet and noticed a vac actuator couple to a link arm that goes into the inlet manifold, quick look at the russian shows it item 29 top pic, is this just for noise or does it adjust the inlet length for torque etc?

Had a distinct loss of power on my 2003 C220cdi (187000 miles.)
Naturally assumed it was the MAF, but I'm being told by my independent that it needs a complete inlet manifold plus motor!

Hi I think the linkage on the butterfly in the inlet manifold may of come off.
Under boost I am getting alot of air noise from the inlet manifold area.
Any idea where abouts this linkage is I have had a good look around the manifold and can not find anything. Can anyone help.
