Does anyone know the book time for a standard disc & pad replacement? I appreciate it may vary per car - but roughly - 1.5hrs for a pair?

I'm about to get the condenser replaced on my W140 and I'm wondering how big a job it is in terms of man hours. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is everyone aware that MB London will give 20% of labour and 10% of parts when servicing MB cars that are 3 years old and older. I've found that the dealers a little bit out of London will match those discounts if you point that out. Cheers Richard

Took my ML in for brake pad replacement recently. MB dealership charged £98 per hour labour (plus VAT) plus cost of pads. Rear pads and labour came to £250. ML's wear pads out in about 8,000 miles and thats with careful driving. Since then I've found that Haynes in Worthing would do the same...
