Just noticed street view pop up on the M4 @ junction 17. Miles of emply left hand lane - but the google chap is sat in the middle lane - interesting to look at the packed lanes behind him and very little in front. And of course whichever location you pick the same car is behind him.

Are they ever allowed? This was southbound a couple of weekends ago near the Silverstone exit on the M1. Traffic was stationary - but does that make it ok?

One for the traffic gurus on the site. One of my drivers got caught in a bus lane on 20th May 2008. Today is the 5th June, so that's 16 days. Does the 14 day rule apply to these fines from Harrow council too? The PCN issue date is the 3rd June, but I got it in the post 5 minutes ago.
