Mercedes recently fitted a new one, but it doesn't appear to be flush with the bodywork (looks poor)... They said they will give me a free replacement. However I wonder if I might do a better job fitting myself. Does anyone know of photos showing how these fit onto the boot lid? Cheers...

how do i remove the arm rest lid/cover to clean,it seems to be covered in dead skin as i never wear long sleevs and rest my arm on the rest,i think its dead skin,is there a coating on the leatherette. cheers all

Can any of you say how far you boot lid pops when you open it via either the fob or the door switch. I just saw a new E-Class being opened and it opened open fully up where mines only release the catch.

hi the pnematic pump things on my bootlid (cabrio clk) dont seem that powerful. drove a brand new C class salloon the other day adn the boot poped fully up with the release..... should my clk do this or is it normal for it to just need a helping hand?
