lockset

i have a 1999 c240, with one electronic key with no blade keys. if i bought a donor car ( seen a c230 komp ) that had full key set, could i swap all the bits over to take advantage of the full key set rather than buying new keys ? and how hard would it be ? thanks, matthew.

Not sure where to post this but here goes anyway. I am currently breaking a 1992 300e 24v. Does anyone know if the locks including the ignition barrel will fit an earlier car i.e. 1986, 200e? Were there any quirky modifications made to early 90's cars? Thanks, Leigh.
