Hi,i own a 1991 W126 300SE,had it for 11yrs,and in that time i have replaced the distributor cap and rotor 5 times as the carbon in the centre gets worn away completely,i have also replaced leads and coil,about every 9 months the car starts to misfire,so i clean up the cap & rotor and it runs...
