my w203 2003 c220 needs a passenger side engine mount, should I replace both sides also what do you merc experts advise genuine parts or aftermarket the later I hope also best place to get them thanks steve

Went to my local independent mechanic i was told motor mounts are bad. This is common for a car with 93k on the clock. Car still ran smooth. Got in the car today and the car shakes and vibrates like hell!!! While driving and while sitting in park. Please help.
