MB headunit for non-optical CD changer?

MB CD headunit for non-optical CD changer? Does anybody know if there is a MB CD headunit out there able to control a non-optical MB CD changer? Audio 10 only controls an optical, MB CD Special doesn't connect to a CD changer, so I am a bit stuck at the moment... :( Any help much...
