    Birmingham Council Tax Computer System - The Pinnacle of IT Efficiency

    has just sent me a council tax rebate of £10.78 - with no supporting paperwork, just a cheque. When I queried it they told me it was for a period in July 2006 :crazy:. Confidence in local government restored :rolleyes:.
