    Why are some cars POA?

    I know what POA means, but why do some dealers advertise cars as POA, especially on classic and exotic cars? Is this a ruse by the dealer to extract as much value out of the car as possible? Or does it reduce the number of dreamers phoning up to offer 1/2 the asking price?
