Well today marks an end. I found myself machine polishing R2 for the 3rd time in two weeks. The results are amazing but it's time to stop! This is the last R2 detailing photo hopefully for a while. It's been fun though!!

This happened to me this afternoon. Car in front came to an abrupt halt after hitting a car who's driver had fallen asleep. Collision under 30 mph and the air bag did not go off:dk:

The clear plastic headlamp outer covers on my '98 W210 E class are no longer as clear as they should be. T-Cut worked well on the plastic headlamp covers on my Saab; will it do so on the Mercedes, or would it be advisable to use something else, and if so, what? E55BOF

Popped down to the carwash today. And a bit of auto glym And my new wheels have arrived. Will need a refurb, thinking of going for a darker grey colour.

Is there a product that will polish a surface sufficiently to remove paint oxidisation, and then leave a wax that can be buffed to a shine. I.e. An all-in-one product. I need it for my Pitts Special, not my car, so a perfect show room finish is not required. It's more about saving time...

Hi. Can anyone recommend a good polish to use on calcite white. Up to now I have always thought that polish was not required on the whites as they were opaque and did not shine compared to the darker colours. Please state cost and time involved to apply. Thanks
