i am thinking of getting a 80mm pully for my e55 but the one i am looking at will delete the clutch, i am concerned that the s/charger will not disengauge if the ecu picks up a problem. is 80mm going to stress out the injectors or would an 84mm be a safer bet. thanks

Any body have a redundant stock e55 crank pulley they would sell ? My engineer reckons he can turn it down , machine a new outer ring, press it on and rebalance it . If it works satisfactory he thinks he can offer the service for about £250-£300 in any size up to 200mm .

hi all can anyone tell me if the alternator is suppose to spin on the inside when the out side is held still.I have a horrible noise coming from the alternator so i took the belt of and checked the pullys and i noticed when i spin the pully and then hold it i can hear it still spinning inside...

Hi guys. so I am toying with the idea of putting an upgraded pully on the charger to gain a bit more grunt. also my exhaust has seen better days and my mot is due in a few months. im thinking of replacing the back section for a performance item. any ideas where i can get either item? regards Dave
