So I have a BBQ to do to celebrate the nipper's first birthday. Apart from praying for decent weather - have you got some hints and tips for a great BBQ (approx 20 people). Cheats? Heating in oven first? Prep in sauces to give extra flavour? When's best to cook? Any tips? :thumb:
