radio or phone

My partner wants to replace her single din radio/cassette in her 2003 SLK with something to enable her to : - have sat nav - stream music from her phone - make/receive phone calls I've suggested an add on TomTom or similar but ideally she wants something integrated without dangling wires...

My E class radio/phone seem to have muted itself!? I was happily listening too the radio this afternoon, stoped for fuel and when I turned the ignition back on there was no sound. Everything about the radio and phone seem normal otherwise. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work...
