receiption

Morning all, I have a 2000 E320 CDI estate. This time of year I like to tune into the test match on Radio 4 LW, however the receiption is terrible, no matter where I go. Does anyone have any ideas of how to improve the receiption/ reduce the interference? Thanks Richard
