Hi everybody, I have a problem with the front seats in my s210. The height adjusters seem to work well but every few times when I get in and out the seat seems to lower itself and I find it very annoying! I have looked for the solution on the forum but I have failed to find anything. Thanks Greg

Hi everyone, My 290D is painfully slow, but that isn't the issue. Whenever slowing down with engine braking, when it goes down from the third to the second and sometimes first gear it judders...? The fluid has been changed and the odometer reads roughly 130k. Thanks in advance. Greg

My '99 S210 has front and rear parking sensors but recently they have kept defaulting to the off state. when I turn them back on, I get a long bleep, the sensor display shows the last 2 bars lit, then it switched off again. Has anyone else had this problem? Would love some guidance on this...

Hi all, bit of an odd thing to ask but I have my reason's. Anyone know if the rear exhaust silencer from an s210 estate will fit an s124? Not bothered if the pipe's dont line up, just if it will actully fit in the space under the boot floor.:dk:

I pretty sure I've seen a later 210 Series with command fitted. Is there a way to retro fit a command unit to an earlier S210? I realise that some alteration of the dash console would be required, but is it possible and also, what model command would be compatible? Many thanks in advance. Nick.

Hello, when I start my s210 it smells strange, not a toasted smell. It could be the catalyst? V belt is ok. Filters are all new except the active carbon, but the smell is out of the car. Many thanks

My under engine cover has gone missing !!! so I need to find a replacement I require the cover that is under what looks like the oil sump/transmission. Car is S210 2002 Avantgarde. I assume W210 fits too however must be from afacelift w210/s210 as pre face lift wont fit.

Does anyone know where the fuel tank strainer is on an S210 E300TD (estate)? Also any hints, tips and advice on changing them? This is prior to using veg oil in my car for the first time so they don't clog up straight away as I'm not sure when it was last changed if at all. Many thanks in...

Bought new front pads today for my S210 E280. When I got them home i noticed that the box said "CLK 3.2". :confused: Does anybody know if these are the same as the ones I need? Can anybody offer any advice on fitting them? I presume that I need to remove the calipers to get the old pads out.
