Can anyone tell me if the secondary air pump on the E55K is the same as on the rest of the W211 range? Part number would be great too if you could? Many thanks in advance.

I really wanna do this. But want to do it properly as I don't really want the pipes welded in, I'd rather have slip joints. Fount the milltek bypass pipes that are slip jointed but rather pricey. Is there any others out there ?

I have a ML280 CDI 2008 and a battery warning is showing .Main battery testing fine as is alternator. I understand it may be the secondary battery that is the problem but where is it situated in the car ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Michael
