    Replace Propeller Shaft Center Bearing

    Has anyone ever replaced the center bearing (number 89 in Pic.) I am wondering if it is a simple or difficult task and if it is possible to replace the part without disconnecting the propshaft at either end i.e. gearbox and differential my car is C180 Automatic, petrol December 1994. Any advice...

    What do the different coloured lines mean, on the prop shaft??

    Hi, Ok i have now got the old Engine out today and the prop shafts look the same but, the lines are different colours. I was told these do make a difference anyone know what???

    Oil Leak on drive shaft input to W210 Diff

    I have a slight oil leak on the drive shaft input oil seal on my W210 diff. Spoke to the MB garage who want £600 to replace the seal, they tell me they have to practically dismantle the whole rear drive unit to do this. Is it really this complicated ? Has anyone done this job and can comment on...
