Hi everyone, After much research & time I have finally got round to changing & upgrading my C55 (button-push shift) steering wheel to a Full Paddle Shift steering unit. I know that there has been quite a lot of discussions & different options done to other C55 owners cars on this forum...

Following a chat earlier today at the Scottish Christmas GTG, I'm interested in knowing the ease/complexity/pitfalls of attempting to retro-fit paddle shifts to my 2003 W220 S500L There are no shift buttons or paddles on the steering wheel at all so it would need to be a new install of them...

Hi All, first MB, c320 auto. when in manual shift , i cannot get above ~4000 RPM, allways shifts before i want it to. is this normal ?

Hi, I have recent bought a 2004 c class estate avantgarde, with the alloy type trim. The section around the auto shift, is dented and scratched by the previous owner. Is there anyway to replace this section, and can anyone tell me where I can buy this part from?? Many thanks:doh:

I got this on Ebay from a guy in Germany that listed it as from a W140 model, and in fact the part number on it is 140 267 04 10 but the shift pattern is wrong for my 1995 S280. On my car, 1st is up to the left like on U.S. 300E models. I never imagined there would be more than one shift pattern...
