    c220 cdi sports coupe shudders in gear

    Can anyone help. Car ticks over fine until it's put in gear (auto) then it's revs between 680 and 800. No faults showing up on obd reader but it does blue a lot of black smoke and I've cleaned the egr valve. Can any one help it's the girlfriends car 2005. Thanks

    W211 E280 Shudders on startup .

    06 W211 shudders on startup when cold , dealer says ????????? , they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone else experienced this ? ( Not useless dealers , the shuddering ! ):devil:
