specks

Hi all. I have only just noticed some white specks on the screen of my comand aps. I've tried to clear them with a soft cloth to no avail. I know that lcd tv sets suffer from these white spots and I was wondering whether this was the same problem and if so, is there a remedy? Can the lcd screen...
