... tonight after work :(
Good news is that I have the details of the other driver, my car was parked and I wasn't in it and that it still drives fine. Details, registrations, photos etc. all obtained.
Now the $64k questions ..... do I
1. Lob the entire thing at my insurers (Admiral)...
A work colleague shared an apartment with a young lady for 6 months in China. One day they went shopping to the supermarket and she asked for their groceries to be delivered. Imagine his surprise when he looked around on the walk home to see a man pushing their shopping behind them.
Into the...
If you were paying £25,000 for a 12 month old C Class is it worth the premium you'd pay at a Main Dealer? Any experiences of the service and back up that you get?
Have been discussing this at length with various people on forums recently. Interesting read. I think sometimes people believe premium fuel brands marketing hype a bit to easily. It's the octane rating that really makes a difference.

I treat my car to a full tank of shell v-power diesel about every 3rd fill up and the other two will be shells standard diesel my question?
Is shell's standard diesel better quality than supermarket diesel? What's your opinions?
Thanks in advance :-)
I know there will be many variables but I just thought I'd post up the results of my last two tanks of diesel in the Q7 over the last couple of weeks, one V-Power diesel and the last a tank of Sainsburys own diesel with a bottle of Redex thrown in.
91.5 litres V-Power returned 510 mile...
Over the last month I became a victim of a clever 'Eastern European' scam while out shopping.
Simply dropping into Tesco's for a bit of shopping has turned out to be quite traumatic.
Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.
Here's how the scam works...
Now the price of petrol has stablised on the forecourts, is there really that much of a difference between supermarket fuel and that supplied by the big oil manufacturers. I only went to the supermarket to fill up to collect the club points, but now the petrol is more or less the same pricewise...
Why do UK ones have 4 wheels that move, unlike most other countries, where the rear wheels are fixed, and you can steer them properly?
An elderly lady came within mm's of hitting my car because the thing ran off at an angle, and her elderly wrists where not up to holding it.......
That how long it takes them to lower the price. A week is a lot of money.

Look at the ploy 5p off only if you spent £50 grocery. The most you get out of it is just over a pound but they didn't...
Just been speaking to my sister who has just returned from a shopping spree at Tesco's.
When she checked her receipt against the shopping it disclosed a number of discrepancies.
First off there were a number of items advertised at a special price on the shelves, but when she examined the...
As my car is getting closer to 100,000 miles (it will get there by the end of the month), I have been reflecting on the fact that I have fed it mainly supermarket diesel since it was new.
It has been mainly Safeway, then Tesco and more recently Sainsburys. (I have avoided Asda, mainly because...
I try to put Shell unleaded in my R129 (which only does about 3k miles a year), but my VW Sharan V6 generally gets filled up at Sainsburys (which is cheap and much more local).
Last week though I put a tank of Shell petrol (regular unleaded, not Optimax) in the Sharan before towing the...
