    W220 S320 CDI surging/EGR VALVE HELP!!!!!

    Hi guys, Got a real big issue with my S320 CDI, when I'm travelling at between 1600-2000 rpm the car starts to judder and make some nasty clicking/grinding noises. Now... Been to dealer and specialist several times and they have diagnosed EGR VALVE purging to early but it's not a faulty...
