telephone or parktronic

I have an intermittent fault on my ML270 sometimes the telephone is charging but the command says the phone isn't connected, secondly sometimes the park-tonic will switch itself off and thirdly sometimes the horn wont work. Strange thing is if the Telephone isn't working then the other 2 are...
