    e300td gutless until thrashed

    1999 e300td with 150k on the clock. New to me. Idles fine, starts fine. Idle slightly knocky occasionally. Give it very slight revs, and knocking goes away. Diesel knock, not bearing knock! From idle to mid revs, its gutless. Once the turbo is up and spinning, it goes quite well. Very poor...

    mercedes thrashed by an aston!!!!!!!!!

    on james mays programme earlier at brooklands they built a 2.75 mile scalextric track round the old brooklands track,then raced a mclaren merc and an aston round it.:rolleyes: LOL
