I have 2014 E63 estate which has a buzz/ vibration on rough roads that I've traced to the windscreen cowl. Putting felt tape under one of the tabs seems to cure the issue.
Could somebody check their car and see if this tab is exposed like mine or fitted in the clipped in? Thanks.
Hiya, could you please help to identify the piece of trim missing from my '07 plate B-150 (W245). It is on the lower part of the wheel arch and is essentially an extension of the door trim.
Part number, proper name, and suggestions on where to source would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks
Just got my 2004 CLK320 and I was just polishing the windscreen (as you do) and noticed the trim around it looked dull and oxidised, is there anything I can use to bring it back to looking nice again?

Where can I get replacement CF interior trim for my SL in the UK ? I am a bit bored of the standard white/ aluminium material currently there. Its mainly door trim and centre console bit that I would need.
I want to change all the brownish gold weird color of the interior trim, doors, dash, centre consol all of it, I can have it stripped out and painted gloss black but I'm worried that it will scratch easy as it's black with clear coat so not really the best to keep immaculate I've heard of...
Hi
Does anyone know the part number for the interior plastic trim on the sunroof.
As at some point in the life of my car its had a new sunroof but the plastic trim was never re fitted and it looks crap seeing the bare metal of the glass surround.
Cheers

These are items removed from my W204 Facelift (MY 2013) by comandonline.co.uk when retrofitting various options to my car.
They will eventually go on eBay, posting them here first in case any forum members need one or more of these parts.
Pictures to follow....
I bought a few bits on AliExpress, and some didn't fit, or were wrong for what I wanted.
I knew there might be a chance of that happening, so no drama.
Rather than bother with returns and expensive postage back to China, I thought I offer these here, with a 15% off of the listed price, and...

See attached photo... it looks like condensation or haze but it is in fact scratches to the top coat. Someone must have tried cleaning it using the wrong materials.
What's the best way of sorting it, short of buying a second-hand ash tray cover from eBay (which would be my next move if I fail...
Car is an S212 E350 2016 model.
Just found this scratch on the trim, no idea how it got there, car has recently had a first service but I cannot think of a reason anyone would be near this part of the car.
Anyhow it is reasonably deep you can feel it with your hand.
Would anyone know how to...
Car went to bodyshop and since its returned where they have masked the car off etc around the rubbers some have discoloured slightly and become whitish..
Anyone know any products which can restore them back to black?
Same applies for the black plastic... in some areas :(
Cheers
I'm after the bit of black trim that runs along the boot, running from one rear light the other between the number plate and the Merc badge. Mine has cracked, as per photos.
Can anyone help?
With thanks.

Hi, does anyone know what size the screw to hold the glovebox trim "up" in the passenger footwell in a 2011 c220 is? It's the screw nearest to the centre of the vehicle. I got my car this week and have noticed the screw is missing whilst working out how to route the aux cable so the trim hangs...
