I need to remove the door trim on my 169, but can't seem to find the hidden
torx bolts. Has anyone else removed the trim or have a link to a site which shows where the bolts are

I am after the trim that goes around the inside tailgate release latch, on a 124 estate. Ideally in mushroom.
For clarity. It's the inside latch that a passenger in the 7th seat would use to open the tailgate.
Thank you.

Hi guys,
Just got an absolute bargain on some genuine Mercedes carbon fibre interior trim. Everything except the ashtray lid for £250. BARGAIN!
Went to the stealers today to get a price on the lid alone and it's coming in at £400 :(
If any one has one for sale or knows of anywhere I could...
I managed to mess up last time i was cleaning the car.
I somehow got stuck with the microfiber cloth at a small trim piece at the left side door, when wiping the car clean after washing.
It got partly ripped off.
Now half of it is sitting 2-4mm out, away from the door.
The piece is located...
Hi,
Can anyone explain how I get the chrome end pipes off my exhaust on my e320.
I have found a small screw underneath but loosening that still doesn't make
them move. Do I need to give them a hefty whack ??
Thanks in anticipation.
Hi Guys,
On my C204 as you can see in the pictures I have the Brushed Aluminium Console and door Trims.
I have noticed the door trims have a few marks, and was wondering if its a simple DIY job I can do myself?
Does the door cards have to come off to do this? or is it a simple pop off...
Hi all,
Does anyone have a guide or know how to remove the dash trim on w219 CLS55. I want to get it wrapped in a gloss black along with the cd changer front and gear surround.
The wrapper said he can do the rest without removing the bits.. but finds it hard to do the dash one (especially...
I'd be very interested for any help, advice or experience that anyone can share of having a partial or complete re-trim. I have a 124 E320 Cab that needs a hood, headlining and leather. Whilst cost is of course an issue, the most important requirement is that the job is as faithful to the...
I just got a 2006 CLK which is in really good condition, so good that I would like to see about fixing the few minor things I've noticed...
1) Somehow the dimpled aluminium interior trim pieces that run along the driver/passenger door panels have both got several marks on them. Anyone know...
How do you remove the interior trim that runs between the windscreen and the drivers door? I need to run a couple of cables behind it and along to above the rear view mirror.
Any good products out there that can return black trim (like around number plate etc) to a decent state? Before I got car some careless overkill with polish has left them white..ish in places.
Cheers
Hi, I am looking for the plastic trim as in the pic below, in grey, on the side of the driver's seat on my RHD W220, V-Reg..mine has a piece broken and missing. It is the piece that incorporates the slot for the seatbelt to go through and is located just before the B-Pillar. Thanks, Frank

Fitted an Aluminium effect dash trim kit to my 2007 W245.
Fits very well, feels a bit like a latex rubber if you've been lucky enough to feel that texture lol.
I applied some 3M Primer to aid adhesion and it has all held well and seems secure enough, time will tell.
Main Dash Before and...
I want to get the chrome trims blacked out so I requested a quote from a place locally. They quoted me around £340 to do the window trim, front grill, x2 LED parts, boot handle & rear MB Star badge in gloss black. Is this a normal cost for something like this, since it is mostly labour cost?
Hi Folks
Just started detailing my E320, the stainless exhaust trims could do with a good clean, I'd like to remove to do this but cant see how. I've removed the bolt on the underside but they are still very firmly attached. So they are either rusted on or I'm missing some other...
