I'm after one of the above as just been let down by someone with the sale of one. Does anyone have one that's not being used and in full working order with relevant accessories? Thanks in advance

Just bought a second hand viseeo MB2. The car does not recognise it and keeps saying insert phone .viseeo lights up and pairs with phone but not the car .any ideas what's wrong. just done a softwear update from the viseeo web site but still not working
