Hi all I have faulty seatbelt presenter on my 1987 420-SEC. I'm trying to find out if the presenter mechanism is identical on all the W126 SECs or if it changed at all after the 1985 facelift? Any pointers appreciated, many thanks!

Can anyone offer a definitive view on which fuels system is going to be on a 1990 420SE W126? searching the web gives mixed results. One site says Bosch D, but that's referring to the older series of cars (W107 and W116)

Since I've had my 84 500 SEC the rev counter has never worked. Anyone have any ideas what it can be? I've yet to pull out the cluster to see if all is good there, but before I do that I wanted to check everything else. I cannot figure out where the rev counter gets its signal from....
