Hi, I have a 2010 E350 CDI. Are the rear windows supposed to be 'one touch' going back up? They are one touch going down, but is this supposed to be the same going up.

My driver's door window has stopped working although I can hear the motor running. Is this a manageable fix? Hoping it might be simple of course!

the chrome coloured trim at the bottom of the windows, i'm guessing it's plastic & not actually metal? it's got sort of watermark stains on it, slightly cloudy looking. not too bad, but i notice it! i've googled it & it seems to be a common problem across various makes with 'car wash detergent'...

windows are all synced. Fob is supposed to open and close the windows with a long open or close press of the button. Nope. Nothing. Nothing on codes that suggest any problems.

Hi all, I think the title says it all really. How do I remove the rubber trim/ seal (where the glass slots in with windows up ) in order to tackle rust bubbling up on top of door frame. Concious I could just yank it out but undoubtedly risk damaging it. Any insights much appreciated. Thank you
