windows or mirrors

Afternoon all I wonder if someone could help me out? The windows and door mirrors have stopped working on my car. I first noticed it after replacing the bulb in the 3rd brake light ( which still doesn't work anyway). I cannot get them to move at all. I have been through all the fuse boxes I can...
