wis or epc

Hi Everyone, From an electrical point of view, I am looking to obtain some information regarding the WIS/EPC DVD's. Can anyone tell me where I could possibly obtain these from, and if so, then do you have a part number. I wish to use them only on my own Panasonic, "Toughbook" and my own...
