1000 pounds coolest wheels (w209)

I'm not sure what MB they would look good on .

I think they were an option on the s class, look great on various cars though. didn't think i would find a fellow wheel whore here though!!!

More just a lurker, I adore split rims and various other alloys that are a bit different.

I find wheel choice for the Mercedes 190 is a bit limited unless you start rolling the arches/using wheel spaces.

Ideally I'll like a set of splits but just a bit too expensive for me at the mo and quite hard to find in 5x112!

I found that my 190d looked really good lowered approx 60mm with standard steelies but in a nicely aged black finish. Hell of a car, the best thing ever when we had a lot of snow on the pennines around christmas. Only problem was 5 up the towbar occasionally massaged the road!!

I have a set of MB alloys waiting for me to refinish them and bolt them to the girlfriends MK3 16v gti. (its got pink steels on at the mo :D)

I've just put these on my W209
