Hi John, David will be at Trax but I can't make it unfortunately.

Jules.

I'll have 2 grams of smack and a bag of angel dust please.

You need help.

Asking in a public place shows your obvious desperation.

You are also purveying a negative stereotype for an MB owner.

If you search the Internet there are phone numbers for specialist groups who can help with your addiction, your finger time will be better spent searching for this rather than replying to threads such as this one.

Kind Regards and hope you find a way to recover soon...

For the purists both cars plan to go silver (ish) on the alloys.....

I agree :) Mine are booked in at The Wheel Specialist in Nottingham on the 19th, I've asked him for detailed pics as I'll be creating a thread for my car. This is the colour I've chosen......

Yep....definitely the right move going silver....it's also a good move to create a thread/portfolio of your pride and joy. I wanted the same wheels as your ones but unfortunately my car came with the Brabus items!

They both look great, very mean and moody:thumb: To be honest I like them both as they are with the black wheels.

Hi Jules
May I ask what size spacers you have fitted front & rear?
Thanks

Hi Abid,

It has 12mm spacers on the front and when lowered I wouldn't recommend any wider. My fronts do not rub but they are very close on the lowest setting, but I would say 15mm definitely would. 10mm as they are easier to find would be fine.

I need to check but think I went with 20mm on the rear (could have been 15mm) It originally had 25mm spacers fitted, but without being lowered it just didn't look right with the wheels very slightly protruding out of the arch. It now sits perfect whether it be on the standard or the lowest setting, no rubbing at all, if anything it could go lower, but in my eyes it's not necessary.

My car was lowered at the same time via Star.

Small world, bumped into the current owner of Davidbilyks old CLS55 pictured in the 1st post and good to see the car was still alive. Wonder whether my old black CLS55 is still around........

I’d say I owned your black cls55, I brought it into Ireland and currently resides in co. Galway.

Boy do I miss that car to, serious machine
