10mm spacers on Genuine C63 alloys - C220 W204

Hi all,

just popped some genuine C63 wheels on and decided to change the tyres to a slightly higher profile, I have to have some practicality and want keep my spine in one piece so I am now running 255/35/19 on the rear of my C220 4dr, I've ordered some M-tec 10mm spacer for the rear .. looks tight does anyone have this set up and if so any rubs?

hmmm that's what I was thinking, I'm due to jack her up to refurb the calipers so will just have to test fit and go for a drive, if not ill sling them on the family Q5 lol

255/35/19 will be ok on rears C63 wheels, assuming they are the multispokes 19 inch ones.
Those are ET54 OEM.
Rear arches are the same on C63 and normal W204s.

10mm spacer will be fine too.

Usually W204 C63 owners runs 265/30/19, wider tyres for traction. 10mm spacers fits this too.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but those 19 Multispokes are soft like biscuits. Prone to cracks.
CMwheels sells aftermarket sets at a fraction and a lot stronger, if you ever need to change the set

hi mate thanks for the advice, Im due to refurb my calipers so will pop these on just to see how they fit etc.

yeah I've read many things about tyre sizes etc and wheels cracking and for comfort as much as prevention I went for a 35 rear profile .... it's good to know a decent replica wheel as know doubt these will crack eventually

Interesting that you think cmwheels reps are stronger! I'd love a set of 19s but the fragility bothers me. I might speak to cmwheels as they have a great rep on the M3 scene, maybe some 507 wheels could work!
