1200 Miles 190 EVO II £40K

Does it not say in the description FSH 30,000 miles?

Mercedes 190 Evolution II - VIRTUALLY BRAND NEW. 1200 miles. Delivery mileage. This car has been stored in private collection.

Cost £56.000 in 1990! Sold out on first day. All cars Blue Black Metallic, with S/R, Power heated seats, RC, ASC, ABS. Full History. 30.000 miles. Unbelievably tight focussed and precise. Fantastic build quality. So much better than the BMW M3 Evo Sports! Collectors item.
Price: £39.995

Possibly he has got the description mixed up, hes got another EVO II with 30k.

Bill

Oh yeah, I think he has just copied the description the other one is half the price...

Still I wouldn't mind either of them...

He's got two of them.

The 30K one will be in Mercedes Enthusiast's feature on the 16 valve W201s in a month or so.

Sneak preview photo - mine's the one at the far end.

I can't believe that MB actually fitted that horrid rear spolier as standrad on the Evo (look's like an aircraft's tail) on to the boot lid...)

The spolier looks very "barry" (ish).

It was designed in the wind tunnel to do a job. In the metal the whole car looks amazing. Not the car to drive if one is trying to be discreet.

"That (Evo II) body kit served an aerodynamic purpose — it was wind tunnel tested to reduce drag to 0.29 while at the same time increasing downforce. Period anecdotes tell of a BMW executive who was quoted as saying "if that rear wing works, we'll have to redesign our wind tunnel.". The anecdote claims that BMW did."
