124 300D injector leak?

Hi all, I have an injector leak on my om603 engine. Does anybody have a parts diagram of the seal assembly etc. any help appreciated. It is the rear most injector. Is it as straight forward as replacing a copper washer?

On the 5 cylinder om602 engine the injectors have a prechamber assembly below them which screws into the head. Could be your prechamber is not tight, hence leak, and needs torquing up to spec, assuming the 6 cylinder om603 is the same design as the om602.
If you search ebay etc for a mercedes prechamber spline socket you will find the tool needed.
