124 E280 Crankshaft Position Sensor

I have just been quoted £108+VAT for crankshaft position sensor from Mercedes. Does anyone have a cheaper source for this part.

I just paid £87.50 for mine from Mercedes-Benz. I'm told the same part from Bosch is haf the price but fails more regularly than the MB unit. (The Bosch part no is on one side of the unit, the MB part no on the other.)

Try German and Swdish, if you quote either/and your reg number and the merc part number the can often give you a better price.
