Hi all,
Starting restoration of a white 124 - one of the first ones 1987. Its been with us always and been neglected the last few years so I though i'd bring it back to its former glory. (Rust is not an issue in Pakistan due to mostly dry weather)
Anyway, it is white with Black/charcoal type bumpers. I want to paint them to the light grey that came on the later white 124's. Can anyone give me the color code for the light grey color?
Should I paint the complete bumpers or should I leave the satin black centers? Opinions?
Also, do you think color coding the door handles will suit the car?
Will keep on posting pictures.

Why not colour code everything?!!I`m only talking about the bumpers and sides,as for the handles i would say no

I guess it's all a matter of personal taste, but in my opinion there is only one thing that adds value to a car - and that's originality.

Thank you guys.
@tint - I plan to keep it as original as possible. Only color coding the bumpers :)
@d_124 - I was also a bit double minded about the handle. They will now stay as they are.
Anyone know what the color code for the light grey bumpers is that come standard with the later white 124's?

Its Marble Grey (matt) Clearcoat 7201
