126/123 rear sls shocks

Could anyone verify if self levelling rear shocks from a 126 or 123 are interchangeable with a 116. Someone over on W116.org has suggested that they may be.

If it's of any further use, I'm fairly sure that the 201 with SLS uses 123 struts.

i thought 116, 123 and 126 rear suspension was pretty much the same so surely the sls shocks would be similar?
