140 coupe creaking noise

My 1993 500 coupe o/s front is creaking, moaning, and squeeking like mad. It does this more when moving slowly and especially over bumps etc. It also creaks when accelarating is when setting off from lights. Any ideas please.

Do a search on here for w124 ball joints/arms i am sure someone had one fail recently on his driveway and it was also making a noise for a while before the failure.
