18" AMG wheels

I wonder if these would fit on a W124 with relative ease?.......

I have known people to have 18" AMG's on their W124's but wonder if these, which seem to be E55 alloys to be the ones they have?......

I think the 18x9s will be hard to fit to a W124 without a few mods. the tyres definitely won't fit a W124 at all so will have to be dumped.

Also please note that those rims have been "stripped" and therefore need to be refurbished before use. Factor that into how much you bid people (min £200 for a refurb).

EDIT: also they are "local pickup only" and cash only.

I have the staggered setup on my car, 18x8 on the front with 235/45 and 18x9 on the rear 265/40. It was actually because of the wheels I went down the flared arch road. We had to modify the front arch liners to ensure there was no rubbing and also have the allignment re-done to ensure there was no uneven tyre wear. The car drives very well with the larger width tyres and does not tramline at all.

You need 8" wheels front and rear. Bits has put 9" rears but has had the rear arches flared. Ive got 8" ones all round on my car, with 235/40/18 tyres even with the H&R lowering springs there is no rubbing.

Ive got a fully refurbished set for sale, if your interested drop me a PM.
