Didn't notice it till now, it just doesn't look right.

like that looks quite tidy for its age, as said the steering wheel and gaer knob just aint right
Doesn't sound like a particularly great example although I've seen much worse 
Not keen on the steering wheel, gear knob, wheels or the clear lenses though.
Need to check the door cards, can't quite tell from the pics but the passenger front one looks like it may be the wrong type (cloth insert from standard black 190 interior)
Don't like the sound of the running issue and rust etc - if it was just a quick/easy fix he'd have done them by now.
He's listed it under the 'parts' section so the rest of the details (number of owners, service history etc) are missing.
I guess for £2k though that's what you get, could still make a nice car out of it for someone
