190e 2.5-16 inspection North East England - any suggestions?

I’m looking to purchase a 190e 2.5-16 and have seen a car in the North East. To ensure that I'm not on the wrong track with this one I intend getting the vehicle inspected and would appreciate any recommendations for a suitable garage/mechanic in the area.

Thank you for your response and yes I can be more specific. Apologies for my vagueness however I didn't have full address details when the original post was placed. It's located over by Sunderland.
