Yep it's quite a late one, I'm aware of this car as it was for sale a few months or so back - didn't sell IIRC.
Been very well maintained, that's for sure - top end overhaul etc, and a decent spec
Personally, I'd want it back to 110% original - ie, lights and exhaust. I'd get the air conditioning overhauled and replace the LCD lap timer (which are very expensive new and hard to find secondhand), you'd then have a very, very nice 2.5-16

Nice car.... only thing though is that in the first 6 years of its life between 1992 to 1998 it went through 6 OWNERS!. True, the last owner has had it for the last 10 tears, & maintained it well, but 6 in the first 6 years is an awfull lot for any car.
I bet all those owners had their bit of fun before quickly unloading it, but I suppose thats what these cars were built for............

You're probably right, quite possibly contributing to the slightly premature head rebuild I guess 
I don't think that really matters now though, it's more important what the car has been upto for the last few years maintainance wise IMHO - he demonstrates good care for his car

is it a good example our a abused example but looks goodIt's probably no more abused than most, but significantly better maintained than almost any for sale.
It's also one of the nicer 2.5-16s that I've seen for sale in ages, should fetch fairly good money - £5-7K IMO.
