190e 2.5 16v With EVO 2 kit

that looks stupid IMO, whats with the rear spolier thingy, it not a plane is it,and u just know its been ragged to hell and back

Oh, god, how dreadful! The car looks as moronic as his spelling. I'm a bloody foreigner and I can spell better than that:

"EVOLOTION"
"
rarley"
"
speekers"
and the plural of photo is not "
photo's" for goodness sake.

I guess the "freind" could have been a genuine typo... Oops, no, he's done it twice!

And the car does not look very well maintained either...

Ignorance is bliss!

Love it or loathe it, with the exception of the recent SLR a 190 Evo 2 (or indeed an Evo) is probably the rarest Merc made in the last 40 years. It was designed to race, not to be discreet & the rear wing was there to make sure it didn't become a plane.

This is a chavy OTT copy (on an ordinary car) with the wrong grille, mirrors, headlight brows, some nonsense on the boonet and some sort of Bat-appendage on the roof - every Barry boy option ticked - but the bodykit itself is pretty much correct.

A real Evo 2 is a cast iron future classic.

Agreed.

Why spend all that money on the Barry extras and not fix the seat?

I think driving something looking as silly as that on the public roads looks as silly as driving an F1 down the rush hour on Piccadilly :D

But a fake is just that, a rather bad imitation! Reminds me of plastic flowers :D

Evo 2, autobahn, 2 up, 280 very civilised kph.

Yeah baby!

Sold for £1770, not bad if you can find a decent car underneath, I like it but could do with a bit of toning down IMO.

Its a small world, I used to know one of the previous owners of this car,

1) This car used to be a standard 190 2 litre,
2) the kit was put on for 5K
3) Engine upgrade for 2.5K
4) Interior for 500
5) sounds and alarm thousands.
