Good Points:
Really does go like the clappers - get it over 3000 rpm and its proper lairy !!! Ive never driven a valver but this is something else - the gearbox and clutch take a bit of getting used to but really does make all the difference speed wise over the auto - mad mad mad :)

Bad Points:
It is a project so not finished as such depending on your opinion of these things, it runs and if you wanted to use as a track car you could wheel it straight on BUT if you want a mint daily drive you would need to spend money. The paintwork is rather faded and a bit scabby - would benefit from a good machine polish but if you want a minter it would need to be resprayed (but midnight blue does look lovely when done) - Few specs of rust here and there on the bodywork but nothing major. The jacking points will need to be done before the next mot - was quoted 150 quid by the local welder.
The rear bumper skin needs respraying (spare cossie bumper will be provided) sacco door panels need changing to cossie ones if you can be bothered - I wasnt ! (unpainted cossie saccos will be bunged in) cossie arches need to be fitted on but will be provided - waiting for paintwork to be done. Bumper bump strips were sprayed gloss black and have cracked - standard unpainted ones will be put on / provided. Car needs tracking done as im still awaiting the last bushes to arrive (centre arb's) then can get tracked. Camber may need to be adjusted when tracked as the front wheels have spacers to fit over the large front calipers
Biggest problem though is a occasional cutting out / stalling problem - cuts out sometimes when you drop from 3rd to 2nd - ive had it looked at by 2 different garages and they have not been able to find anything wrong although annoyingly both garages had for over a week each and it didnt cut out once whilst they had it !! It may just be that it needs a good run as ive only done 200 miles in 6 months, was advised by one garage to just bung some redex in and rag the pants off of it !! So may be something or nothing and may just be how i drive

All in all it is a great car and has real potential - sounds worse than it is with the bad points but it really is fun so much more so than modern mercs and all that lot above cost me 6 grand !!

Car is in South East london

What im looking for is £2500
pm if interested
Regards
Brett

P.S Mileage is 120k odd and donor engine was a bit less I believe

Price reduced - 2 Grand :)

1500 quid giving away :) - spares alone worth 300 quid
