190e Cosworth 2.3

( Hampshire ) Expert help needed.
Restoring a 190e Cosworth 2.3 16v, engine is out, first job is to change the timing chain. Would like to fit a continuous chain, and look at the tensioner. Anyone done it on this model ? Where can I buy a new tensioner ? I believe they changed that to spring loaded, rather than oil pressure, does anyone know the part number ?
