190e engine swap

Hi everyone I've got a 1.8 manual 190e
Today I bought a c280 auto for £350 i would love to put the 2.8 in my 190 and am capable of swapping engines I just wondered if it had been done and there were any threads I could look at? Cheers for you help

Yes its been done before , straight 6 m104 2.8 is easier than the v6 2.8 !

If you want to keep your manual box you will need the ecu from a c280 manual though (good luck !)
